I am trying to slim down my thighs and butt, but which will work better, Treadmills or Ellipticals? Also how long should I use them for? everyday? or a couple times a week?

    For cardio and rest another day treadmill is hard on joints every other day treadmill is hard on joints every other day works perfectly fine one day for cardio and rest another day.

    An incline it will also tone your thighs and butt good luck.

    The elliptical as its easier on your knees and joints if youre progressing your exercise daily dont rush into things by doing like hours day to slim down in those areas some regular exercises without machine can help lot too here are some ideas.
