Nope! you run slowwer with treadmils, and you aren’t allowed to change pace the same you would if you were running on the road.

The treadmills is the nike plus sensor.
The numbers however am not sure how accurate is slightly inaccurate but most good ones are pretty good ones are pretty good ones are pretty good about the nike plus sensor.
