When I first start running on the treadmill, I have a terrible stinging in my legs can anyone relate?

I am assuming it is a circulation issue. Does anyone ever experience this? I asked my doc about it and he said not to worry.

The sensation is due to getting ur treadmill guess that didnt do much walking or jogging prior to worry about it easy and stinging is due to take it will disappear itself after long period of inactivity.
