Whats the best time to do cardio on a treadmill during the day to burn more fat?

coffee!? um, no. drink water, all day. at least 2 liters, but aim for 4.
i have heard the best time to do cardio is between 7 and 9 pm. but that might just be my age group… i’m not sure. I am 19 so yeah.
i have done lifting before and after running, and its really a matter of opinion. some say running before tires you out, but running after is also good because it works some of the lactic acid you’re creating by building muscles, and so you won’t be as sore the next day. do both, and see which you prefer.
Technically in the morning before you even eat breakfast; as doing the cardio will raise your metabolism for most of the day.
it doesent mater when you run your gona burn the same amount of calories anytime you run. most people just dont feel like working out at night cus they are tired so they do it in the morning doesent mean their work out is better then others. so just do it when you are most comfortable
No coffee at all…Start w/ a cardio work out in the mornings n then some weights. Make sure u start ur day w/ 100 sit ups, afternoon another 100 n before u go 2 sleep another 100. Rest between workout days. Eat lean meats, stay off from fried foods, sodas, starches. Good luck my friend.
For burning fat the best time would be hitting the treadmill as soon as u wake up and go on for like 30 min to 1 hour…keep varying the speed in that way u can burn more fat….and also try not to eat anything after u finish cardio for at least 30 min because at that time u have ur glycogen level depleted and ur fat also starts to burn..then have something healthy like oats…
Doing treadmill for a long time can get boring so try to mix it up with some skipping and other cardio exercises….
