treadmill
JAYE asked:

I have recently received a treadmill and the distance I walk is not the same as walking outdoors. I walk to music and can do 3 miles in 45 minutes but it takes longer to go the same distance on the treadmill. Why is that??

On a treadmill it is a consistent speed that you are jogging. But if your outdoors, you go fast during some moments, then after a while you can slow down. Not a consistent basis outdoors. Also if your treadmill is indoors you will get warmer because air is not as fresh if outdoors.

Well when i’m on a treadmill i feel sort of awkward, like i’m about to fall off. So my stride shortens a lot, making me go slower. Treadmills are boring, enjoy the outdoors. Good luck =)
