What incline should I use on the treadmill?

I’ve been working out about 2 hours a day on the treadmill. Usually I go from 3.5 to 5.5 incline, but here’s the problem. My calves are thick and I don’t want them to get thicker. Should I continue going 3.5 or should I go lower to avoid thicker calves?

    i think you should try going in between and using the heels of your feet instead of your whole foot.
