Exercise – Cardio Workouts More Effective
I am well aware that the title of this article has many treadmill / elliptical users angry. But at least I have your attention. All you can believe I'm here to inform you of the useless (mostly ineffective) elliptical and treadmill cardiovascular they really are. Not to mention the dull and the gaping hole in the session, I will supply you with the most effective methods of burning fat without excessive loss of time.
I note first that if you love your workout rather elliptical or treadmill and like to do, then keep doing it. Beyond facts, the most important training is training more enjoyable. But back to enjoy the reasons that are very inefficient compared with other methods, after that you can make your own decision.
In general, after this I will give you experience just why they are a waste, so do not tell no.
Personally I hate to use cardio machines at all like the fat burning methods or other exercises. I'd rather have hands, proactive training, such as sports (racquetball, Bball, Badminton) guidance team or something where a general objective. Why do I think cardio machines are so horrible? Well, here are five reasons:
1) From economic point of view, the pricing. Why buy a $ 1,500 machine that provides no health benefit but also efficient, understanding mind you get for thinking you're doing something effective.

2) From the scientific perspective, they do nothing for the body! Why do you want to participate in something which does not stimulate hormones the burning of body fat or other mechanisms that can help you lose weight aa?! There are better ways available!
3) As I said before, are boring.
4) The exercise machines become habit, routine, tedious. Never a good thing in any phase of a workout. While running on his wheel Squirrel can read a book, watch television or engage in otherwise. This is not the correct way of exercising that right, you must have to fully concentrate on the exercise question.
5) Multiple tests show that the performance of tape has the potential to be highly less effective than outdoor / nature running. For these reasons such as stride length, terrain, constantly involving different muscles at different intensities and lengths, air supply and so on.
What are some good alternatives to elliptical machine and treadmill workouts? Here are some very effective methods:

Rowing machine – A training full body that has all the muscles working together. It requires a higher concentration of ellipticals and treadmills and works much better.
sprint Hill – a hill Run classified, go. Repeat as often as possible (another great international drill)
Shadow boxing – a killer workout ridiculous but done better if the confines of your home if you like to avoid embarrassment.
Swimming sprints – An intensive training conducted in the pool. Instead of swimming pace, swim as hard as I can for a spin. Rest for 20 seconds, then go at it again!
Heavy punching bag / kicking workouts, speed bag, bouncing bag – all workouts are great and much more fun than boring cardio machines requires immense muscle – body – mind approach.
