What would be the track time for my treadmill time? Conversion please!?
So I did a 7:12 mile on a treadmill…what would that be on a track? Thanks for taking your time to read answer the question! 
running on a treadmill isn’t the same thing as running outdoors. It’s hard to tell because you’re running at the same pace on a treadmill, and running outdoors, your pace can change; therefore, you’re time could be slower or faster than what you ran it on the treadmill
