How I can lose 30 pounds from now until mid-June or early July?
thing is im going to Italy July 5, so I want to see me well. Last week I've been eating healthy and running the treadmill for 30 minutes at night .. I want to know wat I eat and do? and please, no drugs, only want a flat stomach, I do not care even about a six pack at this time
