		<description>what it is, is that when u do a regular routine to lose weight, after u do it everyday for like say 6 mths, ur body will have already built the muscles it needed to be able to do that exercise easily. so u stop building new muscle, u will just be maintaining what u have. switching up a workout or routine makes you use more/ different muscles so u start building/toning those. 
if i do the same routine, i lose weight and maintain the weight loss, but if i up my exercise and do more challenges, thats when u start burning again. so it all depends if u wanna keep what u have going just to stay healthy and fit, or if u wanna be challenged and really toned in all areas, or want to lose more weight:)   hope i didnt describe this too confusing...lol</description>
