Treadmill?

I go on the Treadmill for 30 mins a day, i split it up by running fast for 3 min then walk fast for 5 mins.For 15 min. Then i put the incline up, walk fast, i do that for 15 min. Is that a good workout.

    Yes, it’s pretty good. Increase the intensity as much as possible when you can. 30 minutes a day should be just fine.
