so i have a treadmill and on the display it has something labled cals and something labled f-cals. whats the difference?
well if you have to burn 3500 calories to lose a pound, how many fat calories would you need for the same?

    Cal- is the number of calories you’ve burned
    F Cal- is the number of fat calories you’ve burned

    I don’t know the difference, however, I would assume that fat calories are burned when you are in fat-burning mode as opposed to cardio mode on your treadmill
