training schedule treadmill
How long before going to bed "I can run on a treadmill or lifting weights and not disrupt my sleep cycle?

I'm almost 40 years and wants get in shape. I have a hard time programming exercises, sometimes going to be on the belt in the early morning before work, but sometimes they have other things I have to do with that time, as an emergency response e-mails from work or make plans, that sort of thing. If I worked out in, say, 7:00 in the afternoon, that would keep me awake if I went to bed at 10:30? No cardio and strength training release a large amount of endorphins and after you wake up?

Everyone is slightly different and does not depend on the intensity of their schoolwork and interestingly, their diet. For me, I need two hours to completely close down and I can easily reconcile sleep. Others know we need more time, but 1.5-3 hours. If you go beyond 3 hours, then there is the exercise that you maintain, be be your natural biological clock. I sleep nine hours a night, every night.
