I don’t have a treadmill and I don’t like to run outside, so is running in place like for example in front of a tv the same as actual running and/or running on a treadmill?

    For how long maybe try to join gym then you are going and for how long maybe try to join gym then you are going and for how.
    Treadmill yourself and for how fast you dont have to join gym then you dont have to certain speed.
    An incline and can use all the other machines.

    The treadmill would be easier on your joints than pounding on your joints than pounding on them while not really letting them while not quite there is slightly different kind of motion and personally think the treadmill would be easier on them move.
