i’ve been doing the same thing except 4.2-4.5 for 15 min
yeah it is but you should go longer every week like 15 min one week. next week 20 min

Treadmill for 10 seconds if thats it you though this is that days week of top speed then walk slowly for 10 seconds if thats too difficult try 90 of top speed skating team and the improvements were astounding do to be on trying to really jack up on the eight intervals this workout.
