I got really out of shape, although I’m not big, I’m just soft.

I hear about half people saying that you must beyong twenty minutes, otherwise there will be no benefit, and then the other half say twenty minutes is fine.

So is twenty minutes light jogging good enough for a beginner, or should I push further right away?

    Twenty minutes is a fine start. When you’re going from very little to no exercise, even 5 minutes is better than nothing. Add to your time as you can handle… Good luck!

    For 30 minutes insteadjogging and running mess up the kneesso dont aim at it.
