Avoid the soda&#039;s with their high sugar content. Try to have more whole grains and fruit and veggies. It is not always easy to do this but when you see the results you will be encouraged. Also, try lifting weights, water bottles, big cans of juice, anything you have around the house for an additional 30 minutes.
