		<description>dont do incline, run a lot.  look at marathon runners, they&#039;re legs are real slim.  it is partly genetics too but incline will only build bulk to leg muscle so cut that out of your regemen</description>

		<description>its in your genetics....when your working out you have to give and take.  my wife has softball players legs from when she played and they are thick, but thick is beautiful.  you are walking and building muscle....the only thing you can try is not using the incline...your pushing your legs harder and working the muscles harder.</description>
