How can I get slimmer legs using the treadmill or the bike or other cardio machine? I dont want to give up on the gym!

    its in your genetics….when your working out you have to give and take. my wife has softball players legs from when she played and they are thick, but thick is beautiful. you are walking and building muscle….the only thing you can try is not using the incline…your pushing your legs harder and working the muscles harder.

    Lower the resistance on the equipment. Go to a lower incline on the treadmill.

    try cutting back on your treadmill exercises and double up on pilates and/or yoga.
    those two exercises will give you long lean muscles.

    dont do incline, run a lot. look at marathon runners, they’re legs are real slim. it is partly genetics too but incline will only build bulk to leg muscle so cut that out of your regemen

    My sister-in-law lost a load of weight but she cannot lose from legs and she keeps fit loads I have this problem with my build too all over I think its genetic.
