I want to lose my stomach. I am not looking for hardcore abs or anything. But just looking to flatten it out a bit. I weigh close to 145 and should be really at 130. I dont have a problem with running on the treadmill. I think 45 minutes non-stop would be easy for me because I used to do it a year ago. I know once I get on it again, it will be okay for me. Anyone help?

    45 will be enough, but be sure to take no breaks and run at medium level (just a little over a jog), also doing sprints helps a lot
