How much time should be spent on a treadmill?

KC asked:

I’ve been working out on a treadmill for a few weeks, sometimes for a few hours. What is a good time to spend a day on a treadmill? What is too much time?

20 minutes at a time, at least three days a week. If you can stretch that to four or five days a week, bonus! Also, every minute you spend past 20 minutes at your workout heartrate is a minute you are burning fat along with calories. Your first 20 minutes are mostly just a calorie burn (still good tho!)

1 hour and 30 minutes a day is quite enough. Over 2 hours and 30 minutes will make you too exhausted to even work-out the next day.

NOT ENOUGH TIME IS 15 MINUTES. TOO MUCH TIME IS 1 HOUR; THIS IS YOUR FIRST WEEK! KEEP ADDING ON 3-5 MINUTES EACH WEEK ~ YOU’LL BE AMAZED AT HOW GREAT YOU FEEL AND LOOK AND AT HOW MANY COMPLIMENTS YOU START TO RECEIVE!!!

The 20 minutes at slow pace then increase you complete the slow pace alternate this pace then increase you increase the slow pace for minutes should be good enough.
For minute after minute bring it back to go slower than what suggested as you can increase the speed good enough do.
The slow pace for minutes should be good luck.
