		<description>I wish I can tell you how many calories you burn, but there are watches that detect your heart rate and from there you should be able to calculate you BMR. However, from my experience, it is much more of a workout running on natural terrain than a actual belt. I believe treadmills are more for breathing conditions, in which they may be helpful. But it&#039;s not like the real deal like running in the park. You sweat more and tire quickly!</description>
