treadmill
<36564576 asked:

I’ve heard that it is much better exercise running a mile outside, than it is running one on a treadmill. Is this true? If so, how many more calories do you burn per mile outside? PLEASE answer lol I want to know whether I should break my neck to run at the track or not. THANKS! [:

I wish I can tell you how many calories you burn, but there are watches that detect your heart rate and from there you should be able to calculate you BMR. However, from my experience, it is much more of a workout running on natural terrain than a actual belt. I believe treadmills are more for breathing conditions, in which they may be helpful. But it’s not like the real deal like running in the park. You sweat more and tire quickly!

There is no difference. The only difference would be variables… like are you running up and down hills outside, does your treadmill have a way to set angles so you can “Run uphills”?
