treadmill
JayJay asked:

I need to get faster in running for basketball and I’m using a treadmill. How fast in miles/hour should I run each day and for how long?

go as fast and as long as you can but slowely increse the speed and time and you will get used to it.

it depends on various things but consistancy is the most important thing. Try to doit 3-5 times a week

Run the fastest mile you can on a treadmill. Then (if you can) add about a minute to that time + run the mile on a track. Try to go faster everytime. If you can’t, just run as long and as hard as you can on the treadmill.

(I run a 4:49 on the treadmill and a 5:32 on solid ground)
