But as far as the &quot;certain foods&quot; go, you can follow any diet within reason that limits your calorie and fat intake.  That combined with exercise will get the job done.
If you weigh 125, you probably don&#039;t have much to lose... so good luck! And ENJOY your trip!!</description>

So if many fat cells have already proliferated, then diet and exercise can only shrink them by draining them of oils and converting to energy.

So the keys here are: 1) eating a Spartan diet and 2) staying active.  You can never be fat if your body never creates fat cells.  Don&#039;t use &quot;weight&quot; as a measure of health but energy and strength.  I would suggest that you gain muscle weight.</description>
