How long should I use a treadmill every day?

I’m just starting out with working out, so how long should I use the treadmill at the fitness centre? I thought at least fifteen minutes on that, and at least fifteen on the bike, then I’ll come home and do some weightlifting. Is this enough?
And if it matters at all, I’m thirteen, 5’6, and around 140-150 pounds. Gahhh.

    u should just build up. start with 15, next day or week 20, then 30………ect. your endurance will build up, and u will lose weight. even if u dont weigh tht much to begin with.

    Penny is right anything after 20 minutes is a bonus. it’s then that your body starts attacking your fat storages for energy. so a good idea would be to start your exercise by taking a 20 minute fast walk, and then boosting up your exercises for a lil bit.
