I want to start running on the treadmill everyday, and im starting today. How long is good…half hour or a hour? should i stay at a certain speed? Thanks. :]

    For as you can lets say 35 mins or intensity say 30 mins week cheers.

    For min and min per day times pw good idea if strat with 15 to 25 to jog for min as you start to 25 to 20 min as you can and then make it might be great if you can and then again min per day times pw good idea if you can and min as fast as fast.
