Okay, In the summer I’m going to FL for a month. My cousins there have a treadmill. I will be staying at their house the whole time. I’m going into 8th grade next year and I want to lose over 20 LBS. How long do i needa run each day to lose 20 LBS in a month? [PS i know that i needa eat healthy] Thanks<3!

    A ton, I would recommend about 20 minutes, high intensity, 5 times a week.

    20 Lbs is a month is way to fast.

    1- 2 lbs a week is good goal but you are growing so you will be adding weight while you you are trying to loose. Walk 20 – 30 min a day at the steepest incline the tread mill will go.
