    That might be difficult. Try relocating it to a remote room. Not necessarily a bigger room because then it would echo. But further away from their rooms?

    What you could do is a week before, start playing music around 4/5 in the morning. The first day make it very soft then each day increase it in volume. Then after 7 days the family should sub-consciously be getting used to noise in the morning. Then after that instead of music, run on the treadmill
