is it better to workout on a treadmill or bicycle?
I go to the gym to run on the treadmill but my b/f’s parents recently bought a bicycle, you know the one you sit on and pedal…..should I still keep going to the gym everyday or can I go one day and then stay home and use the bike the next day?????
