Chest pains … What's wrong?

I am an 18 year old full time college student, I started going to a gym exercise in December, I went for a month and then stoppped going and recently just started again early this month. In the gym, lift weights, walking and running on tape (times vary), 15 minutes on a stair stepper and 15 minutes on the bike machine. I have excess weight. I started a diet about a week. When i a drastic reduction in the bread. Do not drink coca-cola and reduce somewhat the amount of sweets. About a week ago I started getting these pains in the chest especially in the mornings. They vary all over my chest. Sometimes they will be on the right side, left side, under my chest or in the middle. Well that is more or less the information that can give. I have less than a little stress because of tests and my car is broken. (I did not do well) I'm going to the doctor today.

Coz … or just starting a diet pattern of the diet or may have changed and this imbalance can the levels of stomach acid ur so there is a possibility that ur getting acid reflux that is to induce chest pains. The other possibility is anxiety / panic attacks. PS: The probability of any coronary disease at this time is very unlikely.
