Best Golf Training Distance and balance?

What are some good golf sessions to improve distance / strength and balance? I have 14 years and hit the ball in most of the 260 or 250. Sometimes I lose my balance after swinging. I'm not going to a gym, but I have a few pesos and a wheel squirrel in my house.

You do better with weights and your body weight to secure a routine of going, but try to focus on the core and the bottom the body. Lower body: squats, lunges, leg lifts and curls, sprinting, jumping rope core: sit-ups/curls/crunches (including side obliques), Supermans of the abdominals and back. Arms / shoulders biceps / triceps curls, pull-ups, push-ups, dips, military press yoga, pilates, running and stretching can increase flexibility and range of motion, which should add distance. Trying to get a DVD or book (you can even be free library) or take a class if you can afford. Run on the treadmill, swim, bike, jump rope, etc to increase your overall fitness and endurance, or heating / cooling before or after your strength routine. Hopefully that is already walking to play a round, if not out of the car – save money and get more training.
