I’ve read that 2-5 miles a day would do that trick.

I love to work out but don’t know what to buy, a treadmill (as I like to run) or an aero pilates machine with rebounder? I hear that pilates is great exercise and will totally transform your body faster than running.

I try to excersize an hour for each day on the treadmill, but sometimes it gets soo boring, what are some things i can do to make it fun? Thanks!

Hi! So, I was just watching a movie while I was walking on my treadmill. I was going to check the calories at the end but then I accidentally turned off the treadmill, deleting the info :(

I walked for 73 minutes, at incline level 6, at 4mph.
I’m 5 ft 9 and 145 lbs – I don’t know if that makes a difference.
