Most Treadmills Specify That

Some help with nutrition facts, please?

Most of the packages say the number of calories the food has.
For example, Calories: 400; Calories from fat: 220.
The thing is, I’ve seen some packages that don’t specify the number of calories but rather the number of kJ (kcals), and I don’t know what that precisely is.
In addition, some packages say the number of calories from fat in grams. What is the equivalent of that in a specific number?
I do workout on a treadmill, and it counts the burned calories, but not in grams or in kJcals. So, I really want to know what these are.
Can anyone help?

A kcal is the same thing as a calorie. It’s just a fancier term to measure the amount of energy.

In order to figure out how much fat is in the particular thing you are eating from grams to calories:
Write down the number of grams of fat per serving and multiply it by 9
Ex: 10g x 9=90 calories or “kcal” of fat

Just interpret kcal for calories and there should be no confusion. I hope that helped!
