I have a somewhat cheaper treadmill that runs manually as opposed to by a motor. I live on the second floor of an apartment building and the treadmill makes noise and vibrations that can be felt/heard from the people living below me. Is there any way I can 100% make the sound/vibrations go away? It needs to be pretty much 100% since the people living below me won’t be content with even a little bit of sound/vibration.

However, almost every treadmill that isn’t super expensive has weight limits from 250 to 300 lbs at most. Neither of us will be running at all on the treadmill. We will just walk probably at a range of 2 mph to 3.5 mph.

Will a lighter capacity treadmill be able to support us if we just walk?
