im setting my own program can you tell me if its good or what i need to improve or fix?
biceps:
curl bar: 30 pounds 12 reps 2 sets
35 pounds 10 reps 2 sets
40 p0unds 8 reps 2 sets
and when this gets easy ill switch the weights around
chest and triceps:
push ups
dips
bench press:110 12reps 2 sets
115:10 reps 2 sets
120 8 reps 2 sets
abs 200 crunches/reverse crunches. 100 sit ups and other abd work outs, every other night, or day
eat 6 small meals threw out the day, 1 meal every 3 hours,
breakfast
snack
lunch
snack
dinner small snack
running on a treadmill or stair steper or doing hill, riding bikes, or swimming laps for at least 30 min to 1 hour
i am 157 and i should be 130s is this good for me to do and if i need something else in there please tell me , and do u think i can lose 20 pounds by septemeber , i am really setting my mind to this so any thing or any advise u guys can help me with

the curls
should be reps of 8-6-4
bench press should be at
3 sets of at least 4 reps….no more than six
you also need to incorporate legs back traps and tris…just saying
as for the weight
eat protein
and more protein
and even more protein
like eat egg whites all the time
eat a lil bit of fat
like a piece of cheese or some natural peanut butter on wheat bread that has no high fructose corn syrup
and a lil bit of carbs like brown rice
u can loose the weight
